Cool Image Water is very serious about Mother Earth. Our stylish, modern bottles are made from recycled plastic bottles that are 99.9% RPET BPA free and represent a huge step forward in the global effort to protect the environment. BPA (Bisphenol A) is an organic compound used in some plastic resins. It can be found in some plastic food and drink containers, compact discs, electronics and automobile parts, and in the lining in some metal cans. Research has linked BPA to several adverse health effects such as infertility, cardiovascular problems, and diabetes.

Artwork is limited only where your imagination stops. We print in full four-color process (CMYK), so you can submit any color. Your full-color label is 100% waterproof. Our labels are made to be placed into ice chests, refrigerators, and other environments without peeling or bleeding. After your artwork is formatted, we send it back to you for any adjustments or final approval. Nothing goes to press until you are delighted and you sign off. .

Outline all fonts to avoid conversion issues (No TrueType Fonts).

Sustainability

The Process

When bottles are turned in and recycled, they go through the recycling system where they are ground up, washed and separated from caps, label material, and any other foreign materials.

The real innovation starts with the washing of the recycled ground-up flakes. The plastic flakes are then put into special machines that use continuous heat and vacuum extractors that remove any remaining contaminants.

The result is a product that is consistent, clean, safe, and much more environmentally-friendly. The process produces plastic pellets pure enough to be made into a bottle again and is approved by the FDA for direct food contact.
